Octopi or Octopuses?

Technically, the correct pluralization of the word octopus is octopuses!

Soft bodied, with 8 limbs these sea creatures can squeeze through small gaps. They have a highly complex nervous system and two-thirds of their neurons are in their arms!

There are approximately 300 species of octopus and nearly all are predatory.
